OK there is no magic pill that's going to let you sit on the couch and get healthy. keyword healthy, while i have recently lost 30 pounds with a combination apidexin and running. i started taking apindex a year ago but with diet and excersise i have really lost. i have found that like clock work every time i take apindexin i become more focused and i am able to run farther then 2 miles and with apindexin i average 8 miles. i have been out of apindexin for two days and i have been struggling at the gym this time im stocking up. just one of those things that i add to my routine now. going to be waiting by the door till they get here. my diet is high in fat and low in carbs and i eat mostly fish and chicken. i only drink water or milk. if this helps anyone to lose as much as i did.

i hate to be a one upper, but i’ve got all you guys beat. i started apidexin and detoxufree 12 weeks ago. i weighed 168 pounds and i’m 5’3”. 12 weeks later, i weigh 141 pounds and am still 5’3” (unfortunately). so i lost 27 pounds and i look and feel pretty darn good.

my experience

at first, i felt a little jittery, but after day 5, i felt normal. as a word of warning, make sure to take apidexin in the morning and in the afternoon. if you take them in the evening, the caffeine will probably keep you up later than youd like. also, if you take coffee or energy drinks...stop...you don’t need them. i think that was why i felt jittery the first few days...way too much caffeine. so yeah, replace apidexin with your usual caffeine fix. during the week 6 i started to get lazy and rarely took apidexin. big mistake. i stopped losing weight.

my conclusion
i loved apidexin and detoxufree. i’d recommend it to anyone.

I’ve also tried several fat burners with no luck. I’ve wasted a lot of money and I’m pissed. I tried Apidexin in October and I only lost 3 pounds with one bottle. I wasn’t too happy about the results so I took returned my empty bottle for a refund. Surprisingly, I was refunded 8 days after I sent my bottle back. Getting refunds from companies online is usually like pulling teeth. This company made it easy. I guess there is no magic pill. What works for one, may not work for another.

As an amateur body builder I've taken a lot of fat burners (about 10) the past few years. Honestly, nothing has been as miraculous as the company claims. Apidexin was probably the second best out of the 10. I was able to drop 25 pounds in 30 days (a lot of water weight). What I like about Apidexin was the Forslean. It helped me maintain my some of my muscle during the cutting phase, while helping me burn fat. Overall, I'd say I lost roughly half muscle and half fat. For me, I usually lose 3/4 muscle and 1/4 fat.

If you’re an average person don’t expect results like mine. They are common for bodybuilders and uncommon for everyone else.

Overall, I was pleased with my purchase. Apidexin did what it promised. I lost a 11.5 pounds in 6 weeks. Considering my dieting history, I'm quite please. That's more than I lost with consistent exercise and a healthy diet. Apidexin was the catalyst I needed to get down to 130lbs.

I was a little nervous to take Apidexin. I haven’t heard too many good things about herbal weight loss pills. But, after doing some research, Apidexin seemed legitimate. Most of the ingredients had supporting studies and the consumer reviews were generally positive. I was most nervous about the caffeine content. As caffeine is the first ingredient listed, I thought I was going to be buzzed. Suprisingly, I wasn’t. It gave me sustained energy (I’ve read it’s given others headaches).

I’m kind of ranting right now, so let me get to my results. They’re not amazing, but I’m happy with them. I didn’t lose 4-7 pounds a week like the company claimed. I lost 12pounds in 2 months with 2 bottles. That’s roughly 1.5 pounds a week which seems a lot more healthy than 4-7. I hope my review has helped. Good luck!
